Most people don't realize that the lifeblood of any business is their faith in God. Yes, I said it: Faith in God because your faith in God propels you to success and your determination to succeed. Your faith in God also gives you the strength to withstand the riggers and struggles of starting and running your own business.
If things aren't working out for you in your business, it doesn't mean that it's time for you to close up shop and move on. Instead, it means it's time for you to step back, close your eyes, and reenvision your product or business plan and revise it. Making up a new marketing plan might help you gain more traction within your market and obtain more funds needed to succeed in the next step or phase of your business.
There have been plenty of times when I wanted to pack it in and do something else, but I found that that's the time to hunker down and dig deep into my spiritual soul and ask for guidance. God always sends me the right person at the time I need help to help me navigate the choppy waters in order for me to not quit. I've also learned that for every failure there is a triumph, so don't give up when your down.
Do you think what your doing is truly your passion? Or are you doing it just to make money? If your business model isn't working for you, adapt it to something you're truly passionate about and make it work for you. If you are only going through the motions because you feel you should be doing what you're doing because others told you that you should do it, then you'll never be successful, no wonder you are depressed and failing, you're trying to fulfill someone else's dreams.
If you are not showing your gratitude every day or your appreciation, instead constantly complaining, then you're never going to be a success. Maybe this month wasn't a record breaking month, but you had funding coming in right? So you should be grateful that you were able to the rent, buy food, pay the utility bills and the phone bill, but instead your complaining you didnt' make what you wanted to make right? Stop it the money you made was progress so be grateful that you made something instead of zero for the month.
How about you stop complaining and rethink your business plan and the limitations to which you limit yourself and your business in the future. If you think negatively, your business will become negative, so change your mindset and create a new vision for your company that includes your Faith In God. Dream your biggest dream ever and make it happen. If you don't know how to make it happen, hire a life coach and see if they can recommend something to try. It would be a business expense and worth your while to try a life coach to help you think outside the box. God is always there to help you, so help yourself and hire that life coach today.
