What should you want from a life coach?
There are five things you should consider before hiring a
coach.
1)
What do you want from them? You should write
down 5 goals you want to achieve in the next year. This will not only help
guide you but also guide your coach in how to help you concentrate during your
interactions together. The items you list will also help you determine the type
of coach you will need – someone who has experience in those areas and can help
you improve yourself in those areas.
2) What type of person do you want as
your life coach? Male or female? Is it business, relationship, career, stress, or developing positive habits. spirituality.
3) How much money are you ready to
invest in yourself? Coaches charge varying fees to mentor clients, so you must
know ahead of time how much you’re willing to spend to hire a life coach
because their expertise and knowledge don’t come free.
4) Never just hire a life coach
without speaking to them first on the phone or via Zoom. You must feel
comfortable with them to gain their assistance. If you don’t feel comfortable,
you won’t gain the knowledge or experience that can help you achieve your
goals.
