Business Plan Essentials

Your business plan should comprise an executive summary, Business Description, Business management team description with titles, Funding needed to produce products, marketing, staffing, and office/suite space. It should also include an industry overview and a list of any legal issues such as trademarks and patents + Costs associated with them. What your target market is and what services do you plan to offer in your business. Then a well-thought-out financial plan for the next 5 years. You should have a mission statement and a list of your social media outlets including web addresses. Don't forget to include services like Hootsuite so you can spend a Saturday uploading active posts to Planable and schedule the entire month of posts to your social media. This service costs less than you spend everyday posting to your social media pages, but it is a business expense that should be used.
