Are you enduring a block of creativity, where you can’t produce anything in writing, have no artistic ability, and most importantly, you can’t find it in your soul to go after your dreams of success? Well, guess what, you’re not alone, many of us have gone through the same thing over the years. No matter what it is that is blocking you from succeeding, let’s figure out what and why you’re allowing yourself to be blocked from success.
Normally I’d suggest just clearing your mind and getting on
with your dreams of success. But it is not that easy, in fact, the block that everyone
usually has is more emotional or mental than anything physical or a lack of
talent. Remember this, your block is not because you don’t want to succeed, or
it’s not a punishment and there’s nothing wrong with you, It happens to
everyone at some point in their life. Instead of dwelling on the past, look to
the future, and let’s work on your block being destroyed once and for all.
So, first off, admit that you’re blocked, and let’s get to
work. Secondly, we need to figure out what is causing your blockage. Once you figure
out what is holding you back, the easier it will be to clear your mind, your heart,
and your ability to succeed. Third, you need to reprogram your mind to attract
what you desire. Fourth, you need to be aware that any excess emotion that hasn’t
been healed either from childhood trauma or an emotional breakup in a
relationship must be healed first for you to move forward. We don’t realize
sometimes that the emotional baggage we carry with us causes us to have these
mental blocks from allowing us to succeed in our endeavors. Instead, we allow
those emotional blocks to take hold of us and destroy our ability to attract
what we desire, either business partners, creative partners, or even love
interests. Either way, you must clean out the cobwebs in your brain and heart
of these unpleasant emotional issues for you to fully embrace your destiny and
attract what you are craving for, success.
A mentor of mine told me years ago that even though I wanted
something new, like a job or a business concept, my brain never got the memo
because I kept repeating the same mistakes. The Job was great, but I always
felt undervalued, or my talent wasn’t seen as a benefit, and I felt like I was
in another rut that I wanted to climb out of. With the business concept, I didn’t
keep my mouth shut and do my homework or research, instead, I talked about it to
people I really didn’t know, and they took my idea and ran with it, leaving me
out in the cold. Never again, now I write everything down with concepts and
either email them to myself which gives me a time and a date of creativity or I
copywrite it by mailing the hard copy to myself and never opening the envelope,
but I save it in case I must go to court. Meanwhile I realized that I was
obtaining jobs that had no real direction or connection to what I wanted to do to
succeed. That’s what you need to figure out, what is your passion and then
design a future around that passion. Get a degree to give yourself credibility
or find a job that allows you to gain that credibility for a future goal.
Motivational Blocks are usually not just about emotional excess
baggage, it’s also due to a lack of credibility in your life, from your job to
schooling to your trade. You want something but you don’t have the background
to make it happen for you to succeed. So, stop dreaming and do something about
it.
