This week we are going to look at a few different sayings to make one point. 

The first saying is by George Matthew Adams who was an American newspaper columnist who said: "If you have nothing else to do, look about you and see if there isn't something close at hand that you can improve" It may make you wealthy, though it is more likely that it will make you happy" 

Then we have Doris Lessing a British Novelist who said, "Any human anywhere will blossom in a hundred unexpected talents and capacities simply by being given the opportunity to do so."

My favorite would be a chines proverb that says:" It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness"
