Diverse Life Coaching Specialties
Life is full of dimensions, and so is coaching! Here are
seven popular specializations:
Life Transitions
I guide clients through pivotal changes like divorce, new
careers, caring for aging parents, relocating, or retirement.
Career and Business
Supporting individuals in career shifts, enhancing job
performance, or launching their own ventures.
Relationships
Assisting with personal and professional
connections—focusing on current issues and future aspirations rather than past
experiences.
Health and Wellness
I guide clients in reaching their physical health
aspirations, managing stress effectively, and enhancing overall well-being
through personalized strategies.
Leadership
Collaborating with business executives to refine leadership
capabilities and foster professional growth is essential for navigating today’s
complex corporate landscape.
Spiritual Guidance
I support individuals on their spiritual paths, helping them
uncover profound purpose and connection within themselves.
Creative Coaching
As an artist and writer myself, I try to help encourage my
creative clients to think outside the box so they can break through the barriers in their creative minds. I believe that if you get rid of those creative
blocks, your talents shine through and flourish.
My specialties are Life Transitions, Career and Business, Leadership, and creative coaching. So, if you’re looking for a life coach in those areas,
please reach out and let’s talk. Just so you know my services are not free; I
do charge a fee for my knowledge and expertise.
