Obstacles to Success

Every one of us have experienced obstacles in our lives that have either advanced us to our goal or set us back. Although we can’t control what happens in our lives, we can deal with them and learn from these obstacles. No matter what we can’t allow said obstacles to hinder us from succeeding to our overall goal of success. If you speak to any successful person, they will share stories of the various obstacles that prevented them from succeeding along the way and how they learned from those obstacles. I know there have been many times when you’ve felt as though you couldn’t go on because you failed once or twice. Believe I know how you feel because I’ve felt that way a few times too.

When we think of those obstacles we immediately think in the negative, but don’t do that please. Always think positively about any situation in your life because when you think positively, you will most assuredly realize that a positive came about as a result of the situation. Either you met someone to whom enlightened you to how to do something about the situation, or shared a word, phrase or pointed you in the right direction to met someone else. That person is what I call your guiding angle here on earth. Sometimes when someone else reviews the situation you will find that they are the life coach you should have listened to when you had the chance, but instead you either gawked at the price they wanted you to pay or you felt as if you knew better. So, did you know better? Probably not since you are still searching for answers.

Many times obstacles aren’t things that prevent you from succeeding, instead that obstacle is YOU preventing yourself from moving forward. Either you’re complaining about the money you have to spend to get the answers, or you know better than the expert you’ve been introduced to. We all can’t know everything, but when you give up on yourself or your dream because you refuse to pay someone a small fee for their knowledge and expertise, you’re insulting yourself at the same time and preventing yourself from making that step forward to success. Think about that, are you willing to continue to fail or are you willing to pay out that fee and succeed?
