7 keys to a Positive Personality

7 keys to a positive personality

Every day we hear about someone who was so despondent committing suicide that’s because they weren’t thinking positively and the people around them weren’t either. So today, I want to talk about seriously thinking positively in our every day existence. Another thing is that your well-being and mental health depends on your personality and character every day and it also determines your happiness in your life too. So, think positively.

Positive affirmation is what we call positive food that helps develop a positive personality and increases greater self-esteem. Greater Self-esteem also increases your confidence level to allow you to think more positively which in turn creates a positive personality that can reach for the stars.  When you have a positive attitude, you become more influential and with great self-esteem you become more confident. When you get rid of the negative emotions in your life and the negative thoughts, you can make more clear decisions and take complete control over your life, your mind and become a more positive style person. With a more positive mindset, you are able transform your personal persona and direction.

Like any athlete, training and repetitive fitness is essential to building up a positive attitude along with self-esteem. So lets talk about how to become a positive person with the right training.

1)      Believe in oneself

You must believe in yourself before anything can turn positive. How do you do this? You reaffirm every day that you believe in yourself by repeating positive affirmation saying such as I believe in myself, I like myself, I can do this, I am responsible for my own success.  Your emotions must be in full positive mode in order for you to believe in yourself. One self-doubt attitude will sink your efforts, so always stay positive. Write yourself notes and stick them on your bathroom mirror that say all of the above positive comments mentioned. Delete the concept of anxiety and worry from your vocabulary and mind.

2)      Positive People

Surround yourself with positive thinking people. If you have people who are always angry and negative toward others, somehow delete them from your lives and find people who think more positive in both their thinking and actions. If you surround yourself with people who think as winners, you’ll eventually become one of those winners in life. Those people must be happy go lucky and optimistic individuals who think positively.

3)      Positive Food

When you think of positive food, don’t just think nutritious foods that go into your mouth, but instead think of food for your brain. You must feed yourself healthy positive food like books, articles, educational items that feed your brain as well as your body to ensure you are inspired to motivate you to do good, be good and mature with a positive attitude in life. Read books that will help you build your knowledge about your business future. Read articles that will educate you on technology that one day will enhance your business ventures. Listen to cd’s that will uplift your mental awareness about relationships, both personal and business relationships.

4)      Positive Resources

Growth is considered a development that requires no money, but that started at the bottom and worked its way upwards toward the sky. We all sell something that is personal, whether it be goods or services in some form and with those goods and services we achieve success with ultimate financial independence. When we use the resources around us, our voice, our talent, even the help of friends and family, we grow in both knowledge and experience. Knowledge and experience is great but sometimes a mentor is what is needed in your life in order for it to turn around. So if you don’t have a life coach, consider obtaining one that has a good positive outlook on life and who can help you find your way to the success you desire.
