The Ways to strive for excellence and success!
We’ve all had times in our lives when we strived to achieve
one goal only to have us fall flat on our faces and be totally discouraged by our
own failure. Did we fail because we set our sights to high? Or did we not have
the proper education and training to succeed? Probably because it happens every
day in business. We tried to succeed, only to realize we didn’t understand the
game plan correctly or we failed because we didn’t have the educational level
to succeed. Maybe we just didn’t put enough of ourselves into the project
enough to succeed. Either way, we must pull ourselves up by our bootstraps
and take it slow this next time around and carry on with our goals in another
way.
Many people who don’t succeed claim that they were having an
off day, or they weren’t supported enough, no it’s no one’s fault you failed
except yourself. You either didn’t put in the effort to succeed, or you weren’t
willing to put in the time and effort needed to succeed. You set your sights
way to high and when you failed you blamed others. Stop it!
Think of your success this way in the future. Strive for
excellence by balancing your life and business better. Sometimes you will need
to work on yourself, and your relationships, and then there are times when you must
work on your business endeavors. It’s a fine line, but when others see that you
are balancing your life correctly and you’re striving for excellence, they will
support you.
Here is what I do on a daily basis:
1)
I make a list of things I want to accomplish for
my business and in my private life.
2)
I set goals and I work hard every day to achieve
those goals.
3)
I never give up, I just keep plugging along
until something breaks free.
4)
I am dedicated to everything I do. That means putting
110% of my effort into whatever project I’m working on.
5)
I’m not afraid to take risks to succeed. That means
I don’t allow fear to take hold of my heart or to make me fear succeeding. I adapt
and overcome all obstacles in front of me.
6)
If I don’t know something I seek out information
to enlighten me about the subject matter. I’m constantly striving to learn new
things that will help me in my business.
7)
I try very hard to learn from my mistakes and to
overcome them to ensure I don’t repeat them in the future.
8)
I strive every day to improve myself so I can
achieve my goals and succeed.
9)
I try to keep a positive attitude and always be
optimistic about everything. The more you are positive, the better you will
feel and the more you can achieve in life at your fingertips.
10)
Always be passionate about what you are trying
to do in life and business. This is a fine balance to achieve.
11)
Do not under any circumstances procrastinate in
life. The more you put off what you need to do in your personal life or your business
endeavors, the more you will fail. So, stop Procrastinating and get that list
you’ve created ticked off one by one.
12)
Set those goals and standards higher in the
future. This means turning the television
off along with the computer games and using that time to create your business.
You’ll thank me later if you do.
13)
Motivate yourself by rewarding yourself with time to
watch that television show you love or give yourself an hour to play that
computer game. The more you do the more you can reward yourself. But only use
the time allotted as a motivational reward. In other words, make a list of
things that need to be accomplished this week. If you achieve all on your list,
then reward yourself with some relaxing times to enjoy that show or that computer game.
Make yourself feel guilty if you do it without getting your goals accomplished
for the week.
14)
When you’re slacking or can’t find the
motivation to carry on, have someone on speed dial who can help motivate you
into action so you can achieve your goals.
15)
Be open to learning new things, new
technologies, new techniques, and strategies to help you succeed. The more you’re
open to learning new things, the more you can incorporate those new things into
your business and your life to help you succeed even better in the future.
16)
No matter how tough things get in life, you
should always have the mindset to overcome those obstacles in order to carry on
to achieve your goals. My father always taught me that tough times help make
you stronger. So become strong and make a better life for yourself and your
family.
17)
Most important tip of all, is NEVER EVER GIVE UP! I
wish you all the luck in the world.
